Who is this man? REWARD!!! 21st Feb 07.flv

Reward £500 for information. This man came into weedcity.co.uk saying he was an agent for the Electric Board. He wanted information and to read the meter. The meter was read the week before, the bill had arrived that morning. This man didn't even know the address of the shop that he was supposed to read the meter. He was acting suspiciously. If you know who this man is please let us know. Confidentiality guaranteed.
