I would like to introduce myself to everyone.  I am retired and as my retirement job, I have began doing woodcarvings and selling them to my friends and others that have expressed an interest in them. I especially welcome the opportunity to post my creations here and I would enjoy hearing from other people interested in woodcarving.

I will be adding other carvings to this folder and possibly create a store here at esnips.  Woodcarvings are certianly not a mass produced product so new carvings will appear as they become available and as my creativity peaks and valleys.

Froasted Over Santa (side)_320x240.jpg
This is one of my latest Christmas ornaments. It depicts Santa just after his wild Christmas Eve ride to deliver present to the boys and girls of the world. His glasses are all frosted over but he is still going strong and already looking forward to next year!

Cowboys.bmp
Two cowboys I completed this Summer. The one in the white shirt was sold. He became quite a little friend while I was carving him. I sort of hated to see him go.

Thanks for your kind remarks.  Robkennard, I'm just as new as you.  I don't even know how to get aim going....have tried but just can't seem to make everything work.  When I figure all this out, I'll be selling some of my things here.  Just now though, I'm going to have to do some studying before I can put this together.

Hello - im fairly new at all this and have never posted a comment (you are officially the first - congratulations!). These carvings look fantastic - i really like the golfer. What sort of price would this be and how do you do business on esnips?

Many thanks, Rob
