| Narda and I were at Istanbul's imperial Mosque of Sultan Ahmet I (Sultan Ahmet Camii) in 2006 but I just found this clip today of us. Is is called the Blue Mosque because of its interior tiles, mostly on the upper level and difficult to see unless you're right up there with them. In the 17th century, Sultan Ahmet I wished to build an Islamic place of worship to rival the Hagia Sophia and this is what he came up with.
