I'm not sure, but I think, the characters in these flashs base on a japanise cartoon serie that runs usually on 2channel (2chan). If you seek the web for those flashs and this therm, you might find out, that these furry folks appear quite often in flashs like "Evil's Tower" or "Shii's Song".
