Dai 2 Jikkenshitsu::
First song, "Girochin", is for any crazy people out there looking for a fun song-sends the imagination running. "Outo" opens with Kenjirou's bass playing skills, and shows off some creepier vocal tones mized with a powerful voice of Shuuji and some interesting background voices. Tracks 3 and 5, "Kusatta Sakana" and "Oyasumi Nasai" are the mellower, more romantic songs, with "Oyasumi Nasai" bringing in some speedy accoustic guitar in an upbeat tune with sweet lyrics to go along. "Tourima no Kisetsu" is a reminder of a freaky, evil carnival, but the guitar talents definately shine through in a creepy tone. Finally Ningen Panpu finishes off starting with bass and drums, and shows off a powerful voice-a good listen for the mad people.
Dai 3 Jikkenshitsu::
"Drama RInchi" is just a skit-like recording of...uhhh, sounds like them messing around. >,> "Rinchi" is the actual song, and has a kind of gothic sound, using the organ, I think. "Yuugatou" has a slummy-ish feel to it, with buzzing fly sound effects. "Tsumetai Ame" has a beautiful, melancholy tune and starts off with rain... this is the best song on the album, in my opinion. And, the song "Sukatoro" actually begins midway through the track, and the quality is more of a harshly recorded demo than anything else.
Both CD's are great in their variety and are a good show of cali gari's works, featuring a generous little something for everyone. |
