Original NJM4556 removed: - clipping leads - heating remaining lead on pad and lift away with tweezers - (optionally, use desolder tool to suck leftover leads and excess solder) - clean area with denatured alcohol, acetone or flux remover

Pads cleaned and ready for LME49860 - very small "dot" of solder paste to each pad - place LME49860 with proper alignment - clean soldering iron tip with wet sponge - hold part with tweezer (simple pressure on top) - "quickly" touch one pad/lead area (about 1 sec) - (solder paste goes molten quickly) - examine for correct position - touch rest of pads to complete soldering

Alternate Method: - place small amount on each pin - carefully position on cleaned pads - wipe soldering iron tip - "touch" one pin/pad (~1 sec) - if still in correct position, continue "touching" remaining pins/pads
