How to Download Audio after the New policy 

For downloading audio files, please install the free/basic latest version of Real Player. During installation, enable the download link on the browsers. You will notice the Download link from the Real Player when you move the mouse over the audio file on esnips page.

I am sorry to say that its very difficult to make the audio files downloadable because I have to go one by one and enable it. But the Real player will definitely work.

How to Download the video?

Just click on the download link. It will ask you where to save the file in your hard disk. Select the drive and folder and save the video.

The download link does not appear or it takes to the home page (www.esnips.com)?

To avoid such things, please make sure that you have an account on esnips and you are logged in. All the files including audio, video and zip can be downloaded.

I downloaded the file but its an flv file. I am unable to play!!

You need an flv player to play this file.

I want to view this video in Windows Media player!!

Please download the video on your computer first. And download a software that can convert flv file to avi file. avi file can be played on all standard media players including Jet audio, Windows media player, etc. A good converter is availabe in http://www.esnips.com/web/Usefull-Software-Utilities folder. File name is YouTube FLV to AVI.zip
