All sounds on this album came from my mouth(with the exception of a acoustic guitar on "preshia ce domi phor" and "Helium").

I went with multiple vocal concepts ,ex:  Block harmony's sampled in rhythmic paterns ..spoken word/opera..mouth beat box...barber shop....
