UPDATE:I plan to make an MUCH EASIER way to do all of this,soon.
All you hafta do to make this play off the CD or DVD you put it on is:
01.Download fscommand.rar parts 1-6 and put them all in the same folder.
02.Download UNREAL.ico and UTAUTO.rar and Autorun.inf and put them in
the same folder.(you have to unzip UTAUTO too,by the way.)
03.Burn all those files to a data CD or data DVD,when it's done,re-insert the
CD and it'll play!From there,you install Unreal Tournament from the CD!
Oh yeah,and finally,once it's on a CD,you'd better remove these files from
your hard drive to save space.
