paint the exterior with a clear protective coating, in an artsy swirl design

line the interior with a fabric that accents the box

affix a sturdy brass lock to secure your handbag's contents

replace weak hinges with sturdy brass hinges (if needed)

affiix a mirror to the interior lid
- print an art image of your preference in a specific size to fit your box
- "paint" your image on the box with a decoupage technique
- apply coordinating interior and exterior trim
- design attractive beads and spacers on your handbag handle
- include a sachet bag filled with potpourri, and a numbered Certificate of Authenticity
