Poetry and Spoken Word

I am, first of all, a poet, above everything else. I've been writing since I can remember. It was my way of dealing with life. I shared it with no one. I only used it as an outlet. My written words became known to others strictly by accident, and when I seen that I can capture someone elses attention and lead them to feel a story that I lived, I knew God gave me a gift.

This song is definitely one from deep within my heart. I feel that I have been destined to do something like this for quite some time. When you're a writer you tend to put it all out there, your heart and soul.
