| From Depictions of Persons Suite for Orchestra - each movement musically depicts the personality of a person I was friends with at one point or another. This particular movement is based on a girl who I only knew for a short period, about a year, but we had spent plenty of time stuck together in the pit in marching band. She played xylophone and I played marimba, but her real instrument is the piano, as is mine. So this movement is for piano solo. |

| Written for CMC13, "Last Stand". Todesmarsch translates to "Death March" from German. Main theme based on a motif taken out of context of it's original piece written by Geirr Tveitt. This motif was heavily expanded upon and this piece was the result. |
