| I subbed the East of Zero show again - zero being the zero degree line of longitude, which passes through extreme western Europe and west Africa. I missed recording my opening remarks - we begin with a bit of Russian polyphonic singing - but there's an interesting bit of badinage with Poodles McGee at the very end. |

| A shout-out to Richard in Milwaukee, and a couple of songs that I thought he'd appreciate: "A Change Is Gonna Come" by Jana Mashonee, a Native American artist; and "Easy", sung by Norah Jones on the CD "Breathing Under Water" by her half-sister Anoushka Shankar together with Karsh Kale. |
