I HAD TO RENAME THIS FOLDER; SO I'VE LOST MY FOLDER VISIT TOTALS
To return and relearn old skills. Still much to revise. Creating quick is important in the first stages followed by slower deliberation. Viewing the paintings in different light from different angles exposes different elements never realised or captured by photography. I learned from years of working on video software colour effects that every colour has two separate directions but when and where they are required is still difficult to include. learned by trial and error so have no writen knowlege to revise with; not that that would help me find my original identity and direction. Presently struggling to represent people looking in two directions. Finished work shown here is an argument; a temper; like attempting to recover from a stoke but to be satisfied with the result creates a very positive boost. The 'palate paintings are left unfinished for review. I enjoy painting the 'palate/brush-clean' paintings because I always learn about natural direction. Though they are just for fun and exploration they are in many ways more important and rewarding. Some think they are strange, so if anything strange happens in this small town I will most likely be burned at the stake. Some of them could be comparred to the 'blot images' used in psychiatric evaluation of mental patients; what do you see?
I find a place to go to to concentrate by finding the way into music mix mash-ups to twist attention away from the distracting elements of irrelevant thought. Access is denied like getting stuck on a crossword. Some of the later mixes (created whilst painting) go through some of those dark places attempting to find the main thing to shuffle thought until the direction arrives.

photoplay with my 2nd and largest canvas of Christine Young. Painted whilst listening to mix mash ups 14 to 18. However, became drawn ino a strange abstract dimention, still unfinished. learned to finish things as quick as possible. usually funny but badly timed when my head is just hanging in there. teacher trainng illuminated how destructive people are; making themselves smaller by making other people smaller; somewhere burried in each head is a guilt trigger with no off switch. Finding out that it's there too late.
