| |
"Goodbye" is a compilation and new recordings of some cali gari songs, from "Blue Film", "Saikyouiku Hidari/Migi", "Dai 6 Jikkenshitsu", "Dai 7 Jikkenshitsu", and "8". Some rerecorded songs have more noticeable changes while others' are more subtle. (I have already compared them! =D) Only 3 songs of the 17 tracks are new, 14 are rerecorded.
If you want to view a review on any of these songs, The songs' original album is shown below, where a review is posted in each albums' folder. The rerecorded tracks featured in THIS album have two #'s---the 2nd number after the name is the track number from the ORIGINAL album.

::review::
Sixth track, "3.2.1.0." is a techno song with a pretty interesting sound and electric beat that quickly draws in the listener. cali gari was able to fantastically incorporate a bit of accoustic into this song, which adds a great twist to the song, as they cali gari is able to pull it off.
Seventh song, "kuusou kanibaru", is very similar to style of "hakusei" from the "Dai 4 Jikkenshitsu" album, and sounds like a remake with different lyrics and different vocal tune---still very similar. It has a stoner sound to it... ;P
Last new song from "Goodbye" is seventeenth track, "itsuka dokoka de", which has a poppy happy and upbeat feel to it, more like Jpop than cali gari's other works.
