Steps to Install Arabic Fonts

The students are advised to enable Arabic Fonts in their computers. The procedure is as below for Windows XP operating system.You should download the file named ftlx041e.dll from below.Youu should browse and select this file, if you are asked to insert the windows xp cd. This procedure remains almost the same in lower versions of windows like Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows me, Windows 2000.
1. Go to START/Control Panel.
2. Then go to " Date, Time, Regional & Language Options "
3. Click on " Add other languages ".
4. Under the Languages Tab, select "Install files for complex script and right to left languages", and then click on "Details" .
5. Click on " Add ", and under Input language, select " Arabic(Saudi Arabia), then click Apply and then on OK ".
6. Again in the " Details " window select " Advanced ",Under " Select a language to match the language versions of the non-unicode programs that you work ", select Arabic(Saudi Arabia), click on Apply and then OK.
7. You may be prompted to restart the computer. If not restart the computer manually. This should enable the Arabic fonts, insha Allah.
