These are experimental videos, exploring mostly themes from nature..structure, light, movement...while natural elements like trees, branches, and water ripples can be identified, I think it is the mood that is prevalent and that I am most interested in in conveying. Wow, I cannot believe the amount of people apparently viewing my work here, this is great! And many thanks for the comments!

yes, water is a reoccuring theme :) I love the ambiguity of it, loaded with symbolic meaning, yet, when examined up close, it becomes very difficult to identify it as anything. Especially reflections in water often resemble abstract lines, ink, more like the process of drawing and painting than anything else...

great to see ur comments...i completely understand the way u feel about the whole thing...last year I spent about three months in Helsinki and Tallinn (Estonia), i had come there for a documentary shoot. The director was a friend of mine named Riin from Tallinn, and I shot a part of the docu in India also, we always had a big discussion over what viewers from Europe would lke to see abt India and i had a similar experience then...
I guess it all depends also on the individual...for me the most important stimulus for a picture is light, then all other aspects fall in place...which is why i enjoy a lot of your work specially the paintings where we can interpret light in a completely different perspective...
the needs of my medium specially when i do my professional 35mm cinemtography work or for that matter even digital still photography also needs to operate within a certain range of light...
so when i do it for myself i try to break free from this range...
I hope you have enjoyed some of my pictures and videos...and it has in some way given you a different and enhaced perspective of India...
