| Today's Folder - Thursday March 6, 2008 7:10AM 38 degrees, 100 humidity - wet and cold and gray.
I asked about their help keeping the 'darkheads' away. Very cool answer.
I got a much nicer answer today! I also apparently am ticking off a possible tech who I keep calling Bob because he quite clearly told me "FIRST I AM NOT BOB." There's more enjoy! |

| Apparently my talking on the Ghost Box has allowed spirits to be drawn to me and some of whom need rescue. In this folder you will hear a spirit rescues where you hear both the astrals trying to help as well as me. I will include transcripts if you would like to follow along. Sometimes spirit will be difficult to hear because of the white/static noise but I tried to boost their volume as much as possible. |

| March 2, 2008. 6:30am. Session lasted about 4 minutes because my battery died in my recorder. I kept the session going but wasn't recording which was too bad because there was a ton of stuff.. but oh well can't prove that. What I did get is good though.

| Today was a short 10 minute session. 11:20 AM-12:00PM. Weather was clear and sunny 61F, Wind: 7mph SSE, Humidity 25%.
It was much harder for me to hear today. But I got some messages containing curse words - so enter folder at your own risk. The session might have been difficult because of the 'darkheads" or negative spirits. |

| Today I used the 470 Hack and the first thing out of the gate they were telling me not to stop. The other day I crossed "a bad spirit" and I was feeling like I shouldn't be doing something I know nothing about. At least I should stop until I learn more. So when I turned on the Hack today.. They went out of their way to get the message to me to stay with it. |

Solar: Normal, Geo: Quiet.
In today's session I received a lot of cursing from a negative spirit (aka Darkhead). I asked about the radio being a portal and received positive confirmation with that. I also got a personal note about my husband being "negative". I wouldn't call him negative but skeptical. :-) |
