For another way of downloading audio files, please install the free/basic latest version of Real Player. During installation, enable the download link on the browsers. You will notice the Download link from the Real Player when you move the mouse over the audio file on esnips page.

I am sorry to say that its very difficult to make the audio files downloadable because I have to go one by one and enable it. But the Real player will definitely work.
