Its not required to finish every track. All you have to do is to monitor the progress in the play head of the player. If the gray color covers the entire bar it means the file is ready and available in temporary internet files folder. Filename is usually ?cdn=number or file.mp3.

FYI:
Here's the technique to download mp3 files from esnips. Use internet explorer to play your desired files. Then get the files cached in Temporary Internet Files folder (usually found in C:\Documents and Settings\<your username>\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files)
