BaseRock started out as a B-boy back in 1983, in his hometown Moss, Norway. As B-boying was declaired dead by the media in 1986 his continued his active Hip-Hop movement into DeeJaying. BaseRock has allways been a record collector and was one of the first to give the Norwegian B-boys and B-girls the original breakbeat tracks of funk originals. . I started B-boying active again in 1993 and became a well known B-boy in Norway. First with Bralesteg (together with Pablo, Exem and Spade)and then Funk Freaks (together with ED (ex Electric Street Rockers) and B-boy Parkes). And joined the Universal Zulu Nation in 1995. BaseRock has been a ative true school Hip-Hop lifestyle activist. And he was one of the first organisers of St.Croix Jam in 95 and the KBC event in Moss, Norway who hosted Crews like Battle Squad (Germany), Maurizio The Next One (Zulu Nation / Rock Steady Crew Italy), Loop Troop (Sweden), DJ Andy (Norway) and many more back in 2000. As a DeeJay and dancer he has been entertaining the Norwegian Hip-Hop community since the beginning both spinning breaks on the turntables and on the dancefloor.
