Nothing about me, rather about this space and the files I have here - I collected these songs from other places, and mostly they have been converted into MP3s from cassettes. There may be minor problems with the songs. If you experience such problems in any of the songs, please feel free to drop a line about the problems, but I can't guarantee any fix - coz I use this space mostly as storage, not as an entertainment site, and I certainly don't have enough time to do that.

Comments are welcome, but unwarranted intrusions are not - a certain esnips user recently visited my profile and started a tirade against me when he apparently noticed some minor volume inconsistencies in a couple of songs. In his first comment on my page he suggested me rather arrogantly to first learn how to encode songs and think ten times before uploading, as if I have committed a crime. I pointed out that working with computers is my job and I've studied this subject for more than a decade. No apologies, he shot back with more arrogance. And it's going on since then - seems like he doesn't have anything else to do...So you might still find stupid comments on my profile page from this obnoxious person whom I'm choosing to ignore completely. Although I find this extremely disturbing - how can someone be arrogant enough to visit a completely unknown person's webspace and write offensive comments there? If this is the general mentality of the people in Calcutta, my beloved city, then God (mind you, I'm atheist) bless Calcutta.
