About me

Jesus said, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light." (The Gospel of Matthew, Chapter 11, Verses 28-30)  Listen to him!

Hi Andy

Silly me - I just looked at what I wrote before, and saw that my english failed me! I meant to say that I wrote the song about 8 years ago (I think I was thinking along two lines at the same time, and so the sentence didn't quite make sense). Boy, I can't remember much from when I was 8 years old, much less writing a song at that age! I THINK I could just about write my name!

Anyway, it was good to learn a bit about you. I live in the United Kingdom (England), but am fromZimbabwe originally, just so you know.

I trust that God will bring about all of the desire of your heart according to His purposes for you. God bless.

Hi again Andy Hope you're well. Thanks for the visit - stop by any time (my site is your site, and all that jazz!). In answer to your questions: I record at a friend’s house, using Reason and ProTools (I think). I plugged in an electric and chose one of the effects available on the programme.  As for the drums, I plugged in my electric kit and it was matched to a kit in the programme. I still need to quantise it as, the more I listen to it, I can hear where I was slightly out.  As for becoming a Christian. Well, I’ll be 29 this year, and made a conscious decision (I always find that term amusing! You know, as opposed to making an unconscious decision!) when I was about 17. I wrote that song when I was about 8 years ago, I think, but only got to record it towards the end of 2006.  I’ll be putting more on the site so that people can hear the process I’m going through when recording my different songs.  Tell me about you – where do you live, what do you do with your time, etc?  Seeya, and God bless, Ryan

Hi Andy!

I've just listened to the song you wrote for your parents' anniversary. I like the piano-style, jumping this way and that throughout the song. It's a nice tune, too. God bless in all your endeavours! Ryan
