About me
From underground press to cyber journalism. 1975-2000. A quarter-century of witnessing and practising journalism. From national and international news agencies to English and Hindi newspapers. Wrote weekly humour columns in three rival English dailies of Hyderabad under the pseudonym of Pugilist, Muneer Ahmed (a name I was given in Cyprus by my Turkish friends)and Wisekrack.  At present, I work for Business India. Prior to this, I headed the editorial team of www.ciol.com, India's first Internet portal on Information Communication Technology. I brought out an underground news bulletin, Ranbheri throughout the Emergency when the government had imposed press censorship and jailed most political workers opposed to the dictatorial rule of Mrs. Indira Gandhi. It was while bringing out the underground news bulletin that I was drawn to journalism.
If journalism was my profession, music has been my passion. I took up harmonica when I was seven year old. Learned it by myself...and still learning. The Internet has thrown open the potential of bringing together all music lovers. Your comments encourage me to refine my skill. So listen to my songs and point out the flaws, so that I can improve.

Hey Nachiketa,
Thanks for visiting my forlder.  Ya I think the compositions steadily are working out better.  The background music is curtosy of our Esnips friends who have loaded a lot of karaoke tracks in their folders!!!  It's a tedious process and needs a lot of retaking and practice, (the scale is a problem most of the times) but looking at the end result.....its worth it.  Do visit regularly as I plan to upload quite a few songs of which I've got the karaokes.  And ofcourse your comments, Tips and guidance will be a great help.
Cheers
Abhay

Dear Sir,
I am really a fan of yours.I learned mouth organ just as a hobby myself and am able to play few songs some of your collections ,not as good as u of course. But my query is how are u able to play node wise as well as pumping air both together. I am either able to play it node wise or just pumping air but u do it both at a single time switching between one of it and suddenly both of it together!
No doubt a great experience to hear your mouthorgan!
