Ive experimented with many types of background sounds for sustained clarity of the evp being recorded. This is one of the LOUD methods, so if you need it amped you will have to do that on your end. Some are already very loud.

Recording evp using DRV Direct Radio Voice by recording off station in the "dead" zone. For those who think oh its just radio fragments, my name and names of friends and speaking directly to me kind of rule that out but please feel free to believe what you wish. I know I do!!! Miscellaneous Methods of EVP

Use of background noise to allow the production of EVP. Musical instruments, foil, water, white noise etcetera. It can all be a useful tool for those who research ITC. Even a chainsaw has allowed them to come thru. I managed to record a bit of that after hearing it when someone was on the house cutting away some limbs that had fallen in a storm.
