I am currently doing B.Tech in Information Technology in New Delhi.I am interested in Music. Also I can easily program in C language. I read a lot ,not necessarily my course books but also novels.I have got a whole collection of novels in my computer. Also I listen to old songs. By old songs I am referring to really old Hindi songs dating to 1940s-50s-60s. I am interested in the charming voice of Ghulam Ali and really love to listen to his ghazals for hours on end.If anyone has James Last's Music then please tell me, I will download it .Well that's enugh about me.

I produced the music you so appreciated (Thanks, and you're welcome). It was created from the written music straight to my synthesizer card, through a mixing desk and recorded in my other computer.
 
I am on an island in the Atlantic making my own music - the classics were simply a technical exercise.
 
I therefore have NO IDEA where to look for James Last. Have you tried Bearshare and other bit-torrent sites? If you do, be careful about viruses.
