Virtual Machines
I have created some virtual Machines, 40GB Disk and 1536MB RAM... see if these are useful for you...
If you want to change memory
1. Open ".vmx" file in text editor.
2. Change value of "memsize" (current: 1536) to your desired amount :).
3. Install the OS.
I have created all there machines using www.easyvmx.com
