I traveled from ocean to ocean, and across both, with a military father. Born in Texas, I graduated from high school in Limestone, Maine. I met my husband after I started college, married, and had three living children. We now have ten grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Hmmm mmm, I'm not old enough for all of that.
I can't remember when I didn't want to write. I've had poetry, short stories, and articles published over the years before I started writing novels. I've been published in a book of short stories, Hidden Lies and Other Stories by Vivian Gilbert Zabel and Holly Jahangiri, and in a book of poetry, Walking the Earth: Life's Perspectives in Poetry edited by Vivian Zabel, Becky Simpson, Holly Jahangiri, and Robert Blackwell. My first juvenile book was released in 2006, The Base Stealers Club. The sequel, Case of the Missing Coach, should be released the fall of 2007.
Then I discovered the need for publishers, ones who will help unfamous authors and who will return rights and control to those authors in a timely manner. Thus 4RV Publishing LLC was born. We publish most genre, but our specialty seems to be children's to young adult books.
Life is interesting, even if sometimes rocky. However, God has watched over me for over sixty-four years.
