you need to clean your own house before pointing the finger at (or disabling) anyone else

if you open your eyes i guarantee 30% of the files on esnips at least are copyright breaches, and the management of esnips seems to condone it
i wonder what would happen if say boris valejo was told his work was being hosted here with other peoples copyright on it?
you host it and therefore you are ultimately responsible.....
or how about sony, they are REAL hot on copyright, how many music files on here are owned by sony?????????

eSnips doesnt flag files, users do, when they find things on the site that match the criteria for
"inappropriate content" - which is pornography, hate, violence, and copyrighted material.
if files are flagged which dont fit that criteria - they are cleared of flags - like deni's stuff now is.
needless to say, denis work is here, and her folders are not disabled.

if a problem like this happens again, please contact me at lonnie @ esnips.com
and we will take care of it.

We artists come here to store our art and if this can happen to Deni, then it can happen to anyone.

Why aren't they closing the accounts that are passing illegal stuff around, like music files and such? Outrageous.

This is outrageous. Deni is one of the best and respected ARTISTS in
the PSP and Poser world. Her work is exceptional and this treatment
is not only discriminatory but just plain downright dispicible.

Reinstate her account or the word will go out that esnips is not the place to
use!!
