Gandhi said, "Be we change, you wish to see in the world around!"

And the good news is that, when you change within and you are already helping change the world outside,

and as for changing the world, Universe is at it, continously, every moment, as it is with you,

we only have to learn to allow it, within!

BEING SPIRITUAL IS...

ALLOWING THE SPIRIT TO GUIDE OUR EVERY CHOICE, THOUGHT AND ACTION,

AND THAT CAN HAPPEN ONLY WHEN WE ARE AWARE;

THERE NO BETTER TOOL FOR ENHANCING OUR AWARENESS AS MEDITATION,

SO EVENTUALLY WE START LIVING AN AWARE AND 'MEDITATIVE' LIFE,

AND THAT MAKES FOR A 'SPIRITED' LIFE,

AND AWARENESS STARTS WITH THIS BREATH ONWARDS...

WHAT WE FOCUS ON GROWS.

May we look upon the goodness, the kindness, the gentleness,

and the sweetness that life offers us each day,

and the 'light-ness' in all the people we interact with, including ourselves,

so that what we appreciate, may then 'appreciate' in us, as in them.

And in our lives together.

WHAT WE THINK OF THE MOST IS WHAT WE BECOME.

What we are thinking of right now, is being attracted into our lives,

and we think of more gets attracted more, so, we might as well have

happy thoughts, joyous ones, generous ones, calm ones, gentle and kind ones,

so that, that is what we may 'experience' in our lives.

The day, we realise just how powerful we are, we will be in awe of our own presence.

LET'S FOCUS ON THE 'GOODNESS' THAT ABOUNDS WITHIN US ALL,

AND MAY IT ABOUND IN ALL OUR LIVES..
