Rasgandha (Rakasganda) is a beautiful waterfall in Surguja district of Chhatisgarh.It is 6 km from village Naogai near Wadrafnagar.Very near to this place , at Sasan , Reliance Power is coming up with a 4000 MW ultra mega project.Already NTPC has three power plants in this area producing 8000MW (approx) of electricity.
