The Anime Saimoe Tournament is a worldwide moe popularity contest sponsored by 2chan. Female characters (including androids, etc.) appeared in the anime which is aired more than 5 episodes or more than half of all episodes, in the OVA which is newly out, in the movie which is shown for the first time, in Japan during 2006/07/01~2007/06/30 can be registered to join. Now, after more than 3 months of voting and following the contest. I'm glad it's a girl from Higurashi that won!! :D
