Answer is... I have NO clue! The album cover has no copyright information. The album was recorded I believe in the early '70s. (You can read the complete album cover text on my Myspace blog.) McDunn is no longer with us. McDunn was my trombone teacher for a little while in the '70s. He's an easy-going guy and don't think he'd mind, but what do I know? I'd say it was fair use, that would be my understanding....
