I am not American however I'd like to defend dwhite1232 as everyone is entitled to their personal opinion.  In Canada, our culture is that anyone can say whatever they like.  Many people here don't approve (openly) of the government's view and actions.  It is through these people and the groups they head that we as a nation evolve.  You need people on both sides of the fence in order to have balance in the country.  Shutting them down only serves the government to have more power over the people without resistance.  People elect governments.  The government is our servant.  They should be responsible for their actions.  Looking back in history, how many times can we spot governments looking out for themselves .. power, money, abuse .. while the citizens are left out?
 
CONGRATULATIONS TO DWHITE1232 FOR STANDING UP TO CORRUPTION IN HER LAND.  I SUPPORT HER 100%

No way do I resemble dwhite1232. I have a respect for our country and stand by our President no matter what his good deeds or mistakes are. Would you publicly denounce your family in front of the world, when they make mistakes? We, as a nation should stand united at least in appearance in front of the rest of the world. If we are not together for each other do you think other countries will care about us? They are at best indifferent to America.
