About me

If you want to find out about my past, read my book I Am an Air Force Brat! Life in the Shadow of the Cold War.  (can be found on Amazon.com)

Right now I am teaching English as a Foreign Language at the Ningxia Institute of Science and Technology in Dawukou, China. I love it here! I am also working on book number two which will tell about my experiences in China, but I have not decided on a title yet.

I am also a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. My degree is a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and my regional focus was Europe. Currently I am also planning to go to graduate school in the fall with the goal of obtaining a Ph.D. in the field of Political Science. To this end I am networking on sites such as this to find scholars at universities to work with.

This is just a small glimps of who I am. Feel free to email me at richarddraeger_jr@hotmail.com.
