I hope to impart knowledge and present a new way to look at people, situations and ideals through my art; its not all decorative, its not all abstract, its not all figurative. It may not be the best way to "sell" art, but one day (even if I'm dead and gone) its got to mean something to somebody. (For instance, the reason for my jazz series of paintings (which is ongoing) is the fact that these artists' work have inspired me and play a part in the work I produce (I rarely paint without coltrane, monk, dizzy or some kind of jazz in the backgroud). The amazing thing is they had no idea how many people would admire what they had produced decades later. They just manufactured what was inside them.)
