| 1. Click on the Record Voice button in the eSnips Uploader OR the Voice button on the eSnips Toolbar |

| 2. To start recording, click on the Start Recording button in the voice window. |

| 3. To stop recording click on the Stop Recording button. |

| 4. When you're done recording your voice message, you can: |
- Click on the Play button to hear what you've just recorded
- Click on the Resume button to continue your recording
- Click on Upload to eSnips and upload the voice file to one of your eSnips folders.

| 5. Name, describe and tag the file you have just created and upload it to one of your eSnips folders. |
| You can also choose to use this recording as the introduction to your folder as seen below. |
