Is not online gambling a multi-billion dollar business? If Christians opted out of gambling, wouldn't there be less integrity at the casino? I believe online gambling is here to stay and I say why not join 'em and make things fair. God is the word, and the word is God. When we say something is bad, and we are Godly men, then what kind of trap are we setting for online gamers? The gamer's mind would be set on things like, if you tell me no, then I here yes. Things like, if you don't like sexy things then you won't overcome them.

Hey FunMan!

You asked "What is the funniest thing to do online"? and then linked to a site called allfunthings - which was all about gambling! This really surprised me, cos of your quote from the Old Testament about avoiding strong drink. Sure, drinking causes lots of social harm, but so too does gambling. In the (very ordinary) suburban city where I live, legal gambling costs my neighbours over 200 MILLION Dollars a year.

When I'm online, chatting with friends is fun, and I guess playing multiplayer games (for fiun, not money) would be great too. Though I'd really rather see any of my friends in person, going online lets us share our lives with friends we can make from all over the world, which is an awesome change from the world I was born into. And apparently there's now software that lets musicians jam (play music together) online, which would be fanatastic if my machine was fast enough - maybe next year!
