I recorded this 2 years ago for my sister, to give her strength when she was diagnosed with cancer. She has won that battle, and I am forever grateful that my prayers were answered.

Mom,
Hi, how are you? Wow, you have brought back so many memories for me
with this one. I remember singing it in the choir when I was young, but
the lead singer was a man whom I will always remember and have the
utmost respect for. He got an annurism (spelling?) and passed away
at a very young age, but he had the most beautiful angelic voice.
Him and his wife used to sing lead to this very song in church. I was good
friends with one of their daughters and I spent many afternoons at their house
with them when I was young. Thanks for sharing this, I am going to add it to my
faves so I can listen to it time and time again. Beautiful job, as always!

Another beautiful song! My mother was in many choirs, even recorded a solo with the Lutheran Bible Institute choir, so she walked around the house singing these gorgeous old hymns all the time. She's 81 now and her voice is cracking and she is getting quite deaf, so she misses her young voice terribly. Moral of the story... sing His praises every chance you get! Sing, sing, sing!
