Copy the PERSONAL.XLS to Documents and Settings>Your User Name>Application Data>Microsoft>Excel>XLSTART. Please note that these folders have to be unhidden. You can do that from the folder options. The PERSONAL. XLS will automatically open at when Excel is started.
