For me, this was my favorite song from her new album. Maybe because I'm getting used to this whole techno-pop trend, so it appeals to me more? Anyways, it's a song directed to Hyori's male fans. It's pretty catchy and fun to listen to. The lyrics were written by Wheesung, a talented artist in his own right. This song was perfect for Hyori, in my opinion, in terms of beat and vocals. She's suited for songs like this. :)
