(protesting) But...but... I did sing the high note on the chorus!  I covered the version that's on Shaking the Tree; I don't know what PG does in his live shows. The original from his Car album I didn't hear until very recently... seems overproduced and orchestrated, probably just 'cos I'm used to the later one. In any event I think the chances of a backing track for that version are about nil... same goes for San Jacinto, which I would LOVE to do. Thanks so much for all the kind comments and the feature! |

You should check out the original version. This is the version he's been doing as late...sounds like the version recorded in Rome a few years back. He used to hit the high note on the chorus.
