X-FI-MOD-003b - Pads cleaned and ready for LME49860 - very small "dot" of solder paste to each pad - place LME49860 with proper alignment - clean soldering iron tip with wet sponge - hold part with tweezer (simple pressure on top) - "quickly" touch one pad/lead area (about 1 sec) - (solder paste goes molten quickly) - examine for correct position - touch rest of pads to complete soldering
