"Guldasta" = "bouquet". In terms of classical sangeet, it is a mixture of raags where a single shabad is presented in different raags. It will begin in one raag (usually the raag in which the shabad has been composed), then will switch into different raags within the same shabad (usually 3+ raags, usually using a different raag for each pankiti of the shabad)
