Shygost plays a teaching game with PlasmaFlux, talking about the basics and the opening. The sound skips a few times and it's sometimes slightly out of sync, but it's still watchable. Probably most useful to 15-20 kyu.
Originally recorded, encoded and distributed by NannyOgg, hlamonde and gryn (taken from the torrent at http://www.godiscussions.com/forum/showthread.php?t=789 ).
This was converted to .flv from .wmv by the esnips site, which probably degraded the quality further.
