| Once again, I must state this is not a proper copy of the NWT, ie Isa. 42:8 copy I am Yahweh, that is My name;I will not give My glory to another, or my praise to idols.NWT - http://www.watchtower.org/e/bible/index.htm I am Jehovah. That is my name; and to no one else shall I give my own glory, neither my praise to graven images. 1 Cor 15:28 Copy And when everything is subject to Him, then the Son Himself will also be subject to Him who subjected everything to Him, so that God may be all in all.NWT- But when all things will have been subjected to him, then the Son himself will also subject himself to the One who subjected all things to him, that God may be all things to everyone. Are just some samples |

The comment below by leoaloha that, "This is NOT the NWT. This has the name Jehovah replaced with `the Lord' and `Yahweh' after Genesis chapter 6," put me off downloading it. But I have now downloaded it and loaded it into e-Sword (it did not ask me for a password) and as far as I can see it IS a faithful copy of the NWT, 1984 edition. In particular, the word "Jehovah" DOES appear after Genesis 6, e.g. "Gen 7:1 After that Jehovah said to Noah:...", and a search for "Yahweh" returned no matches. I have a ministry to JWs (see my blog JesusisJehovah! http://jesusisyhwh.blogspot.com/) and having the NWT on e-Sword enables it to be easily compared with mainstream Bible translations, highlighting where the NWT (which had NO qualified scholars on its translation committee) is the `ODD man out'! | This is NOT the NWT. This has the name Jehovah replaced with "the Lord" and "Yahweh" after Genesis chapter 6. The NWT uses the english translation "Jehovah" in these locations. The use of "the Lord" is a title not a name where a name is called for. Yahweh may be proper but is not the English translation and as stated earlier is not used in the NWT. |

| I think it is rather comical that someone would make the statement: "This is one of the books that the Watchtower issues to teach her members to understand the Jehovah's Witnesses false teachings..." when the New World Translation is based on the same original texts and other translations as a whole host of other Bibles. The Watchtower also quotes from 100s different Bibles and Bible dictionaries to prove their points that are not Watchtower generated. There's no accounting for ignorance. What a moron. |
