The eight basic palm positions of the bagua zhang or pa kua chang, admired for tis gracefull attacks and evading movements, almost always in a circle making full gracefull and deadly atacks. This is a great self-defense martial art, teaches you to use your oponents strength against them, but mostly you defeat your oponnt with little or no force at all.
