Bear hospitalized at Lynnwood Veterinary hospital since Monday 01/15 with diabetes & possible pancreatitis. Urine culture shows Pseudomonas Aeruginosa, blood cultures identified with alpha-hemolytic strep & gram negative organism pending identification. Paw biopsy indicative of calcinosis cutis. WBC 86K & RBC is 2.65. Vet bills increasing from a small car to low end import. Glucose has been extremely difficult to control.
