A demo track written over Christmas 2002 on a Compaq Presario. At the time I was moving regularly from a town to a large city and back again, and the contrast was striking. Big cities are like machines, and involve a degree of surrender to the way they operate.

| This really is a classic! Keep returning to it. It just is what it is - no need for anything else: Superb. It'd make a great docu or current affairs TV programme theme. |
