Dedicated to my beautiful, loving daughter. I feel so guilty like most mothers do when things go wrong with their children. Against the odds you survived. Although you have cerebral palsy, you are a strong person and I am so proud of you. I love you my best friend, my daughter, my angel.

This poem is beautiful. I am not a mother, but I felt the intense bond you must feel with your beautiful daughter. Thank you for posting such a deep part of your heart! Carol |

| Hi ShirleyYour poem is,as always, great! There's nothing like life experience to bring passion and feeling into a poem is there?I can relate to your words, they echo my own feelings about the premature birth of my oldest daughter.I was like you, very young and nieve. Thanks for sharing your feelings Shirley. It's a coincidence that I came across your poem tonight because I've just completed a poem for my daughter too.It was uploaded to my website the other day 3roses4myangels.. ch3. Maybe you'll relate to some of my words too. When I get chance I'll create a background for it and place it in my poetry folder. www.3roses4myangels.usclargo.com Take CareKaren |
